10. Service Termination
10.1 Termination by the User

- Fraudulent or illegal use
- Non-payment (for premium users only)
- Extended inactivity (> 12 months)
10.3 Ethical Termination Process
In the event of termination, we guarantee:
- 30 days prior notice (except in cases of fraud)
- Access to data export for 90 days
- Proportional refund of prepaid fees
- Secure deletion of data after the grace period
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute will be resolved initially through:
- Mediation before the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce
- If no agreement is reached, arbitration under the rules of the same center
- Jurisdiction of the courts of Lima, Peru
